New Client policy
- All new clients will REQUIRE a consultation with Cynthia prior to booking any service. (Even if you were going to another spa for services)
- Failure to do so will result in the appointment that was booked being canceled.
- Upon booking, the system will prompt you to pay a non-refundable deposit fee of $50 plus tax ($52.25).
- After booking, you will receive an appointment email, please proceed with filling out the online New Skin Health Client Consultation form, downloading google duo and texting Cynthia at 646-818-9602 photos of your skin.
- Failure to complete the consultation form, downloading Google Duo or sending photos will delay your virtual sessions or may result in cancelation.
- Don’t forget to CONFIRM your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being automatically canceled, to accommodate a waitlist client.
- If you cancel your CONFIRMED appointment on the same day as your appointment you will be charged the full price 100% of that appointment.
